Hey,
We want to add the colour option to our laser scanner
by FARO. The scanner is currently offered with Nikon D300. Is it possible to use elder versions by Nikon alternatively?

Colour option – Laser scanner
I think that the colour option for the laser scanner already existed in connection with Nikon D70. Does anyone know how it technically works with the overlapping? Nikon D70 has a lower resolution than Nikon D300. But the resolution of the laser scanner didn’t change.

Hey! Laser scanners by FARO
Hey!
Laser scanners by FARO work with Nikon D70, D70s, D200, D300 and D300s.
Depending on the firmware version of the respective scanner, you have to install the compatible driver, if necessary. For that purpose, please send an e-mail to support@faroeurope.com.
It is important that our software scene assumes that the photos have been shot with a Fisheye-Nikkor lens 10.5mm. Other lenses basically don’t work.
