We recently introduced FARO's new development: the handheld 3D scanner Freestyle3D. From now on, you can buy or rent the handheld scanner FARO Freestyle3D at a reasonable price.
The Freestyle3D is characterized especially by its low weight (less than 1kg), the compact design, the intuitive handling and the numerous fields of applications. In particular in construction, industry and documentation of crime and accident sites, the handheld scanner is the perfect device to capture objects and their surroundings with high precision in color.
The 3D scanner is equipped with a laser source, two infrared cameras and a RGB camera. Since the scanner has laser class 1, it is eye-safe and can be used everywhere without hesitation. By using a tablet PC, you can see in real time which areas you have already scanned.
