On Laser Scanning TV, we presnets a new tutorial. In teh video, you learn how you can read in your PointCab results in Nemetschek Allplan. In the process, on the one hand a complete layout  and on the other hand single ortho photos can be imported.

You can use the user-friendly PointCab Web Export Tool optionally for FARO Webshare and Leica TruView. PointCab Web Export supports all common laser scanners, such as FARO, Leica, Riegl and Z+F 3D scanners. If you want to use PointCab in connection with other laser scanners, you can use the PTX format for easy point cloud exchange.

You can access and share the results of the export online via an internet server or a local network. Alternatively, you can use USB sticks, CD-Rs, and DVDs to share and use the files exported.

Now, Laserscanning Europe provides a new tutorial on www.pointcab-software.com. The video contains installation instructions for the PointCab plug-in in Google SketchUp.
