This year's Intergeo conference is past now. As in other years, we have had three exciting exhibition days and were in contact with numerous resellers, prospects and existing customers.
Our highlights of Intergeo 2016 in Hamburg
Especially Geoslams's ZEB-REVO aroused great interest. The mobile laser scanner convinced many exhibition visitors due to its easy handling and quick data capturing. The advantages of this mobile mapping system intrigued our customers - Using ZEB-REVO, there is no need for static measurements or GPS. Registration is performed fully automatically. In a minimum of time, you get a 3D point cloud that can be imported, edited and further processed in each 3D point cloud processing software.
The broad lecture program - including lectures on a variety of hardware and software solutions - aroused great interest on behalf of our booth visitors. Our partner company PointCab GmbH introduced both of its new plug-in solutions PointCab 4BIMm together with ARCHICAD and BIM with PointCab 4Revit®.
Furthermore, we had fascinating lectures on the 3D modeling software ClearEdge which simplifies and professionalizes modeling of pipes, for instance. We had live demos on our handheld scanners DotProduct DPI-8 and Artec Spider as well as presentations of NCTech's panoramic cameras iSTAR and iris360. Moreover, a comparison of registration processes of point clouds with and without targets was part of the series of lectures.
On the last day at Intergeo, we raffled a 300€ voucher for Laserscanning Europe's online shop and a license of PointCab 3D Pro software which is free for one year. The winners were informed separately by mail.
The entire team give thanks to all prospects, resellers, partners and new contacts for a successful exhibition. This year, the exchange of information was a total success. We are looking forward to future cooperations and next Intergeo.
