Maptek I-Site 8810

Maptek I-Site 8810 is a 3D laser scanner manufactured by the company Maptek Pty Limited and uses the time-of-flight measurement method. The scanner provides a maximum measuring speed of 8,800 points/second. At a field of view of 360° (horizontal) x 80° (vertical), Maptek I-Site 8810 allows a range of up to 2,000m (78,740.16 in). Due to the wide range, this scanner is often employed in mining (open-cast mining). Due to the integrated 70 megapixel digital camera, color information is captured additionally during scanning.
