I dont want to recommend a manufacturer directly. But we use "Extreme Pro" from ScanDisk with 95MB/s read and write rates.
When purchasing a SD card, you should make sure that the card works without loss and is fast. The faster the scanner can write the data, the faster is the postprocessing of the scans. The single restriction of FARO laser scanner sis that the SD card must not have more than 64GB memory.
