Hi, We are getting an error when trying to register scene 5.3. Using automatic registration we type in the software key and press activate. Then is says that several Hasp keys are detected on my machine and that I have to choose one of them. One alternative with hasp key icon (ID XXXXXXX) and one with a computer icon (ID XXXXXXXXXX....). When choosing the hasp key we are getting an error saying: "Operation could not be completed successfully. The following Hasp driver error occurred: 4801. Please contact customer service" LSE costumer

Please check if any Firewall (Windows or third-party supplier) as well as a virus program is active. Please deactivate them and try to install Scene anew.
