I never had this problem. But I can suggest you to install the latest software versions because there are no bugy anymore. Before installing the new programs, you have to uninstall FARO Scene and FARO WebShare completely.
A further solution to remedy the defect may be to create the project point cloud first and create WebShare data afterwards.
