Our Focus3D shows the following error:
1440: Scanner error
An internal error has appeared. Please restart the scanner. If the error still arises, please contact the FARO Customer Service.
Does anyone know what this error message means?

Does anyone know the prices for a FARO Focus3D? It is said that the basic price for a Focus3D is beneficial. What does the maintenance contract for the FARO scanner cost?

ich versuche mein FARO Projekt mit dem Winkeltool von PointCab Sketch auszurichten. Gibt es eine Tastenkombination, um den Winkel bei 90 Grad einzurasten? Shift funktioniert leider nicht.

Hi Guys,
I am having the following problem. I can only make one scan with my focus 3d. When I am trying to start the second scan I receive the following message:
1780: SD Card
Please do not remove SD card while it is busy.
Then I hit ok but the next message is showing up. finnaly I cannot start the scan withaut rebooting my scanner.

We want to scan overhead with a laser scanner FARO Focus3D. Do we have to take something into account concerning the tilt sensor? Is it necessary to deactivate the tilt sensor in advance?

ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich öffne FARO Scene und ziehe meine Scans per drag und drop in meinen Workspace. Dann speichere ich den neues Workspace über die Funktion: Datei-Speichern unter.
Wenn ich nun die Projektdatei in PointCab öffnen möchte erhalte ich die folgende Fehlermeldung: Fehlercode 203 (siehe Anhang)

wir wollen mit dem Laserscanner FARO Focus 3D über Kopf scannen. Gibt es da etwas mit dem Neigungssensor zu beachten ??? Muss man diesen vorher ausschalten ?

Ich würde gern mit dem FARO Focus 3D Schächte scannen. Macht der Scanner im Dunkeln noch vernünftige Bilder oder benötige ich eine starke Zusatzbeleuchtung?
Kann ich die Messung ferngesteuert auslösen (der Scanner steckt ja 3 m tief im Kanal)?
