Point-Cab supports exchange format PTX

Point-Cab comes now with the laser scanning exchange format PTX. PTX is a powerful exchange format, which is supported by almost any laser scanner manufacturer. Alignment, positioning and registration of point clouds is fully preserved in this format.

This universal format allows users to use Point-Cab to analyze and interpret laser scanning data retrieved with Leica, Riegl, Trimble or Zoller+Fröhlich scanners.

As usual, Point-Cab outputs data that can later be used by you and your clients in almost any CAD program available on the market. No other software tool or point cloud plug-in for your CAD software is necessary. Easily use the laser scanning results in your familiar CAD software.
