A customer handed me a point cloud in RCP format. It was captured with a BLK2Go scanner. During the creation of the PointCab project only black tiles (as in the image) can be seen. Does anyone have an idea what the error is?

Please check if the reflectivity is set to 0 in the import settings in PointCab. If a reflectivity value is entered, it is possible that the intensity values of the scan cannot be processed and converted correctly.
