Hello,

I'd like to export a ptx file from cyclone. Several positions of the scanner shall be saved in one file. How does it work most rapidly?

PTX export from Cyclone

It is a straightforward process in Cyclone - no need for screenshots.

When you have a modelspace open you just use the export command

If the modelspace HAS NOT been unified you can export ptx or pts format.
If the modelspace HAS been unified you can only export a pts file.

Either format will come into Pointools, but ptx is more versatile as you can create normals on import into Pointools to allow the lighting to work.
