At the Intergeo 2010, the world’s largest event for geodesy and land management, Laserscanning Europe is presenting a whole new approach to its laser scanning tool Point-Cab.
Point-Cab has many new features that help you work faster and more efficiently:
Module 1: Clear Understanding Viewer
This new tool provides a dimensionally accurate layout plan generated from hundreds of scans. You have a quick overview of an entire project. The viewer allows you to immediately measure distances and surfaces. As usual, you need three simple clicks to achieve great results.
Module 2: PDF Tool
Point-Cab enables you to print out your layout. But you can also generate a PDF and send the portable document to your clients via email. Now, there is no need to use the Webviewer, which has always been a problem for some users. Up- and downloading large files is also superfluous. That way, you save loads of time compared to classical analyses.
Images and the layout with dimensions of all scans are united into a comprehensive and coherent documentation. There is no easier method to document a laser scanning project. At the push of a button, you are able to create dimensionally accurate layouts and distribute them via email.
Module 3: Batch Processing
Do you need several layouts, views or orthophotos of your current project? Use the latest Point-Cab version and run a batch process to automatically handle multiple tasks with less time and effort. When you finish work, Point-Cab starts working for you.
Module 4: Wizard
This new tool provides an easy way to use Point-Cab without any prior training.
