Hello Nick,
You need to assign a fixed IP address for LAN connection to your computer and the Capture scanner. You should find the IP of teh 3D Capture scanner in your documentation. Our 3D Systems scanner has 192.168.1.10 and sub-net address 255.255.255.0.
