In our latest accuracy test of the RS10 and RS30 mobile laser scanners from CHCNAV, we systematically examined various scenarios. The aim was to evaluate the performance of the systems under realistic conditions. Both geometric accuracy and RTK accuracy were included in the tests. The RS10 and RS30 have a built-in RTK module that supports the accuracy of the point cloud. Optionally, you can also record control points and use them to align your point cloud, which also increases accuracy. You can find out how accurate these methods are in this video:
