The new service is directly integrated into the EMLID ecosystem and enables centimeter-accurate positioning without the need to set up a dedicated base station or an external CORS or NTRIP service. Every compatible Reach receiver now comes with a free 1-year license—for both new and existing EMLID users.
TitleEasy setup—ready to use right away
With EMLID Corrections, Emlid aims to make professional GNSS surveying more accessible. Activation is done directly through the EMLID Flow app. The Reach receiver then automatically connects to Point One Navigation’s VRS correction service and receives the necessary RTK corrections via the Internet. This eliminates the need for the time-consuming setup of a local base station or the configuration of an external correction data service—a particular advantage for mobile operations and teams working at different locations.
TitleDesigned for professional use
EMLID Corrections is designed for surveying, construction, and engineering firms, as well as GIS users, who need a reliable correction source with minimal setup effort. The licensing model is device-specific and can be flexibly adapted to individual needs. In addition to the free one-year license included, renewals with terms of one or three years are available. Of particular interest to professional users: The 3-year license offers savings of over 40% compared to an annual renewal and can be activated at any time—upon purchasing the device, during the free one-year period, or even at a later date. At the same time, network coverage is being continuously expanded, so the service will be available in additional regions in the future.
