With the extension pole, you can quickly and efficiently extend your scanning range without any additional equipment.
Especially for applications such as inventory documentation or industrial plant recording, the elevated camera position enables a significantly more complete data basis. This is particularly beneficial for photorealistic visualizations using Gaussian splatting.

When extended, the extension pole reaches a length of up to 2 meters. This allows hall ceilings, facade areas, or plant structures to be conveniently scanned from the ground. This saves time in the project process, increases work safety, and at the same time improves scan coverage, especially in hard-to-reach areas at height.
The pole is ideal for mobile use thanks to its compact packing size of only 0.56 meters. The six extendable segments can be quickly secured using a sturdy twist lock. This ensures that the PortalCam remains securely positioned even when extended, enabling smooth, shake-free images.
