Do you want to set up your scanner at the lowest possible height, for example, to capture an object to be scanned from below? But you do not want to put your valuable scanner in the dirt? Here a flat tripod is the perfect solution. Simply use a ground-level tripod to place your scanner near the floor or in very narrow places that are unsuitable for a conventional tripod.
Another advantage: You can compensate for height differences in the floor with three adjusting screws.
