The use of carbon tripods is also very popular among the scan experts in our team. The advantages are obvious: A lightweight yet extremely stable tripod is an enormous help when scanning. So far only the rubber feet were available as spare parts in our online shop. In order to expand the application possibilities of carbon tripods both indoors and outdoors, we have added further tripod accessories to our product range:
Spikes
Anyone who is often outdoors knows the problem:
In many cases the ground conditions are not optimal. The ground is usually soft, uneven or things like cracks in the pavement make it difficult to stand the tripod with scanner securely.
In order to guarantee a stable and reliable stand of the scanning system even on these sometimes difficult surfaces, spikes are the optimal solution. They have a male thread and can thus be mounted quickly and easily on your carbon tripod.
In addition to the rubber feet, the spikes are already included with our compatible carbon tripods. Should they ever get lost, they can now also be reordered from us.

Flat feet
If you have to scan on difficult surfaces such as gratings, the standard equipment of carbon tripods quickly reaches its limits.
In such cases, a secure stand is hardly possible with the supplied rubber feet or spikes. Here, the flat feet are a good way to achieve reliable results despite the difficult surface conditions. The flat feet can be mounted quickly and easily via the threaded connection on the carbon tripod. With a footprint of 5cm and rubber studs, they provide a guaranteed secure stand for your system.
