The scanner is suited for scanning at a range of 1m (39.37 in) to 79m (3110.24 in). The 3D laser scanner achieves a maximum measuring speed of 500.000 points/second. It has a maximum field of view of 310° (vertical) x 360° (horizontal). During the stand-alone operation, the scan data is saved on an internal hard disk. The scanner is equipped with an USB port for external devices. The Z+F IMAGER 5006 can be powered by means of an internal and an external power supply.
