Hi I am getting the error code 203 when trying to load a faro project in point cab? The proj-file is working fine in trimble scene? What I am doing wrong?
this error code is a workspace issue (PointCab cannot get access to your Scandata) - please install the newest SDK for Scene and restart PointCab.
Which Version of Trimble Scene are you using? I can drop the correct download link for you.

thanks for the information. The Scene 5.0 SDK is already included in PointCab, so its not the SDK problem, why PointCab cannot get access.
Could you please close Scene before staring PointCab?
The problem you have is that 2 programms are using the same data. If your Scene is still open, PointCab cannot get access to the Scandata and than you will get this error code.

wir probieren gerade Geomagic Wrap mit FARO Laserscanner Daten aus. Beim Import eines FLS Scans kommt eine Frage, ob es sich um gerichtete oder ungerichtete Punkte handeln.

I am using trimble Scene 5.0. The workspace works fine I have it in front of me. Just PointCab seems to have an issue to open the files.
I tried a different project and here it works perfect.
