What is the advantage? The case contains not only the reference spheres but also the sphere pedestals. Thus, you can carry your spheres together with the pedestals easily in a case and with minimum space requirements.
The reference sphere pedestal enables safe positioning of your reference sphere on unpaved surfaces such as lawn. Dor that purpose, you can attach the sphere's magnet base easily to the sphere pedestal's metal disk.
The option ist available for the following reference spheres:

- laser scanner reference sphere set Basic for FARO laser scanners and Trimble TX5
- laser scanner reference sphere set Flexi
